FISCAL 2019 REAL ESTATE and PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX BILLS

-

WASHINGTON, – (RealEstateRama) — FY 2019 first quarter Real Estate and Personal property tax bills will be due on Wednesday, August 1st, 2018. Bills were mailed to all property owners on June 30th, and include both the August payment stub and the November stub (due on November 1, 2018). Taxpayers who do not escrow their taxes through their mortgage can pay by mail, online through the online services portal of the Town’s website, or in person at Town Hall during regular business hours.

There is also a drop-box in the front door of Town Hall to leave payments after hours or on weekends. If paying through your personal online banking portal, please take a moment to verify that you have the correct identifying information (since bill numbers change from year to year). A permanent number is the parcel ID located in the upper left-hand corner of your bill.
