Westborough, MA – July 26, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The Villages at Brookside, located at 52 Brookside Road, sponsored two CEU classes taught by Anita Hill Training & Seminars and accredited by the Higgins Group License School on July 19th to support the continuing education of local real estate agents.
The Villages at Brookside hosted an event which included training and processing fees for both classes, accompanied bybreakfast at the Model Home Complex and lunch at the Brookside Club’s acclaimed Sunset Grille. The two classes,Comparative Market Analysis and Offers,were chosen for their particular relevance in today’s marketplace.

Anita Hill of Anita Hill Training & Seminars will be teaching the classes on behalf of The Higgins Group License School. Hill has over 25 years of experience in real estate education. She has spoken at several Massachusetts Association of Realtors educational conferences and conventions. She has authored the 7th and 8th editions of Massachusetts Real Estate Practice and Law; additionally Hill was named Educator of the Year by the Realty Guild, the Cape& Islands Association of Realtors, and the Northeast Association of Realtors.
