The Department of the Treasury also issued a letter today calling on FHFA Acting Director Ed DeMarco to reconsider his decision.

WALTHAM, MA - June 26, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that May single-family home sales increased again compared to the same time last year for the 11th straight month. Condominium sales were also up from May 2011. Single-family median prices were down compared to last year while condominium median prices rose for the third straight month.
