Northland Residential Builds Relationship with Brokers and Agents

In order to build relationships within the real estate industry Northland is holding four CEU credit classes; two of these classes will be held July 19th at the Villages at Brookside in Bourne, MA and two more classes will be held later this year at the Residences at Black Rock in Hingham, MA . In addition, Northland joined by DeScenza Diamonds held a Broker Appreciation Night earlier this year in an effort to bridge the gap between their inside sales experts and outside brokers. The highlight of the evening was when they awarded the highest performing outside broker, Midge Durgin of Coldwell Banker, a DeScenza diamond bracelet worth over $10,000.

Most recently, Northland Residential solidified an agreement for Meredith Spence of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to work as their dedicated Mortgage Consultant for three of their four properties: The Woodlands at Belmont Hill, The Residences at Black Rock, and The Villages at Seven Springs. James Snyder of Cape Cod 5 is the dedicated Mortgage Consultant for The Villages at Brookside. Spence and Snyder’s expertise and experience concerning the home loan process have proved invaluable to Northland Residential buyers. They both have extensive knowledge in working with a wide range of buyers, encouraging the start of a more formalized relationship. Northland Residential’srelationships with these representatives entitles their buyers to specialized products and services.
