ULI Advisory Panel To Examine Boston’s Industrial Land Development Issues
Today a panel of nationally renowned land use and urban planning experts begin a five-day evaluation of metro Boston’s growing industrial land development issues. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) advisory services program convened the panel in order to help the cities of Malden, Massachusetts and Everett, Massachusetts create a plan for how to build on the growing business and mixed-use developments and further develop their unique regional presence and identity.

BOSTON, MA - April 12, 2010 - (RealEstateRama) -- Boston Regional Challenge, a new report released today by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Terwilliger Center for Workforce Housing, finds that the average working household in the Boston region spends over $34,000 a year – or 54 percent of their income – on the combined costs of housing and transportation.
