Robert Stone began selling real estate on Boston’s North Shore in 1926. Back then, contracts were made by way of a handshake between men. In the early 1960′s, Fred Hopkins and Blake Cruckshank used such a handshake to make a promise and become partners to begin endeavors on the South Shore.
