Barrett & Company Real Estate welcomes Carlisle Massachusetts Realtor, Lisa Hales.
June 9, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Barrett & Company Real Estate is thrilled to welcome veteran Realtor and Massachusetts resident, Lisa Hales. Lisa began her real estate career 10 years ago after 20 years as a successful business owner and property manager. Her prior experiences contribute to her vast knowledge in the techniques of residential real estate construction, municipal requirements and condominium conversion.
Lisa’s commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond her work with buyers and sellers. She is an avid learner holding the Realtor designations of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), and Certified EcoBroker (ECO). In addition, and keeping with Barrett & Company culture and tradition, Lisa shares her knowledge and gives back. A recent graduate of the Floyd Wickman Master Sales Academy, Lisa will be leading training sessions for fellow Barrett agents and Floyd Wickman seminars.
A current resident of Carlisle Massachusetts, Lisa and her husband and 2 children lived in Europe for several years. While in Switzerland, she was a board member of The American Women’s Club and Women’s Activity Center in Zurich. She also ran the annual cultural program for the ex-pat community in Northern Switzerland. Her time abroad and the challenges of global relocation gave her a renewed love of this country and a vision of how to make people feel welcome in a new community. In her spare time, Lisa rounds out her life experiences in other ways, as a Notary Public and Justice of the Peace.
