Jacob Clayton Offers Industry Insight at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Fall Workshop

Concord, MA – September 14, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Jacob Clayton, Executive Director of Business Development, at Barrett & Company Real Estate was a speaker at the recent Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Fall Workshop in Providence, RI. The meeting attracted brokers, managers and relocation professionals from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of 550 premier real estate firms. His session, Rental & Property Management Opportunities in Today’s Market, addressed a topic of vital interest in the real estate community, sharing insights to help educate fellow LeadingRE members.

“The Fall Workshops are designed to help members incorporate factors – such as market conditions, technology and communication preferences – into their business strategies,” Pam O’Connor, president/CEO of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® said. “By sharing the latest practices with other top real estate professionals, market leaders are able to advance their performance to enhance customer experience.”

The agenda featured two tracks designed to help real estate professionals “Engage, Innovate and Lead”: brainstorming forums for hands-on brokers and sales managers to discuss timely topics including profitability, REO and Short Sales, branding and recruiting. The second track for business development and relocation professionals consisted of targeted panel discussions, open forums, working sessions, and roundtable discussions on innovative solutions for today’s transferees, business planning, outbound referral success; and using LeadingRE community resources.
