There have been reports to the effect that Framingham Fire Department personnel arrive at the site prior to 7:00 AM. This is not related to the construction activity at the site. We view this as a positive and provides good oversight of the operations since, at least on the dates when blasting is scheduled, we have first-hand observation of the start of operations.
With respect to blasting operations at the RCS Learning Center site at 82 Edmands Road. The Framingham Fire Department deploys a fire fighter/fire inspector at the site each day that blasting is anticipated.
