Registration for individuals wishing to bid will open one hour prior to the start of the auction, at 5:00 p.m. Auction participation requires bidders to come prepared with a certified or bank check, made out to themselves, in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per property.
Massachusetts Home Sales Up for 11th Straight Month in May
WALTHAM, MA - June 26, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that May single-family home sales increased again compared to the same time last year for the 11th straight month. Condominium sales were also up from May 2011. Single-family median prices were down compared to last year while condominium median prices rose for the third straight month.
